Refund Policy
At J’ADORE, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully made and thoroughly inspected before being shipped. As a policy, we do not offer refunds on any orders once placed. However, we do offer exchanges only in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preferences.

Exchanges (Only for Damaged Products)
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to jadoreclothing2003@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item (subject to availability). If the item is out of stock, we may issue a store credit for the full purchase amount.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags and labels must be intact.

The product must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Non-Exchangeable Situations
We do not offer exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer

Minor color variations due to screen display

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Late requests made after 3 days of delivery
Return Shipping
If your exchange is approved:

We will guide you through the return process via email.

You may be required to ship the product back to us using a trusted courier.

Shipping charges for return and replacement may apply, unless the damage is confirmed to be due to our error.
